Pre-Algebra through Calculus, aligned with your school's assignments, platforms, and pace.
Book a free intro session →This class is for students following a US-style maths curriculum, wherever their school is. That includes middle school general maths and pre-Algebra, Integrated Math courses, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus and regular (non-AP) Calculus.
Some students need regular help to keep up with their class; others are aiming for higher grades and want more stretch and challenge. We work with the same materials the school uses — textbooks, worksheets, online platforms — and when useful we add extra practice. For students who enjoy going deeper, we can also bring in more problem-solving style material, including ideas from Beast Academy or AoPS where appropriate.
Most sessions start from something specific: homework, a quiz or test, or a unit the student is struggling with. We go through the key questions carefully, fill in missing understanding, and then practise a few similar problems to make sure the method is solid.
Wherever possible, class time connects directly to what the student is working on in school — textbooks, assignments, and platforms like Big Ideas — so sessions feel immediately useful, not separate from what their teacher expects.
As confidence grows, we spend more time getting ahead of the school pace: previewing upcoming topics, revising earlier units that still feel shaky, and building a sense of how Algebra, Geometry and functions all fit together. For students at the Calculus level, more time is spent on connecting algebraic methods, graphs and word problems in a way that feels less mechanical.
