What families usually choose
Most students start with either steady weekly support or a more structured twice-weekly plan. For exam periods, mock preparation, or a fast catch-up, a more intensive setup can be arranged.

A simple philosophy
Designed to feel clear and premium, not confusing
Rather than using a complicated menu of discounts, switches, and hidden conditions, the goal is simple: give families a clear idea of what support usually costs, while keeping enough flexibility to match the student properly. Some students need straightforward lesson support. Others need customised notes, exam planning, or curriculum-specific preparation.
Level mattersAoPS, AP, and advanced exam prep usually require more preparation than regular school support.
Structure mattersWeekly or twice-weekly tutoring is usually the most effective for long-term progress.
Planning mattersSome tracks include tailored notes, custom worksheets, and mock-style preparation.

Typical single-session guidance
Curriculum-based hourly guide
Some families prefer flexibility before settling into a regular structure. These rates give a useful reference point for one-off or occasional sessions. For ongoing tutoring, many families move into one of the structures above.
A note on transparency: more advanced or specialised tracks cost more because they usually involve heavier preparation, sharper curriculum knowledge, and more custom teaching materials. This is especially true for AoPS-style work, AP calculus, and high-stakes exam preparation.

Cancellation policy
Fair, clear, and respectful of reserved time
Online tutoring works best when schedules are treated seriously. These guidelines are there to protect both the family and the reserved teaching time.
✅

The session can be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
⚠️
Under 24 hours
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are usually forfeited, because the teaching time has been reserved.

FAQ
Common questions
Can we pause a block mid-way?▾
Usually, yes — with a little notice. Short pauses can often be arranged when family travel, school pressure, or other commitments come up, as long as the overall tutoring rhythm stays clear.
What happens if my child misses a session?▾
With 24 hours or more of notice, the session can normally be rescheduled. With less notice, the session is usually counted as used, except in genuine exceptional circumstances.
Do you tutor siblings at a discount?▾
Sometimes, yes. When siblings are both studying regularly, it can make sense to discuss a family arrangement rather than forcing a rigid public discount rule.
What level do you teach up to?▾
We teach a wide range, from strong school foundations through IGCSE, GCSE, IB MYP, AP Calculus, AoPS-style work, and other advanced pre-university pathways depending on the student’s goals.
How do we know if this is the right fit for our child?▾
That is exactly what the free first session is for. It gives everyone a chance to see the teaching style, the student’s level, and whether the pacing and communication feel like a good match before committing further.
